Have a most wonderful weekend everyone. Stay sane, stay safe. Thankful for all the healthcare workers and emergency personnel out there.

Good morning FS. Today, I'm just a tad bit sore (well more than a tad..lol) from yesterdays workout. I increased the weights, went longer and am feeling it today. I'm going to get with the trainer and have him help me with a program. I really have no clue as to do some of the things that could be very helpful overall. I am very hungry this morning.
After time change, my body has decided it wants to wake up at 3:30-4 instead of 5-6ish. I went the other way. Works well on gym mornings but the other mornings just sucketh.
I went to Walmart this morning because I needed laundry detergent and dish soap. Both of those items were almost out. We should be concerned, take precautions yes, but the mass panic is not helping anyone.
If any of you have Sirius, they have channel 121 to answer questions, debunk myths, give out facts by actual doctors and scientist. For those without Sirius,it is on a public information channel for free. I'm not sure how to get to that though. Be careful, be cautious. Don't listen to the majority of the media who is causing the panic. JMO for what it's worth.
Be kind.

This was quite delicious. Turkey breast with rainbow kale, orange bell pepper, mushrooms and a few walnuts.
