Yesterday was what I consider my cheat day. What can I say, I'm a southern girl so I have me some biscuits & gravy at times. Still working on the exercise stuff, I mean I'm up moving around, doing odds & ends stuff but how to record it on here needs work, or at times I just forget that part. I'm still trying to figure this logging stuff out...lol

I did fairly well so far, but I really need to work harder on my fat intake and more protein intake. Now that its starting warm up I hope to get outside more, in order to keep moving.

Had a bad night of arthritis pain, so I took something for the pain(always knocks me out) making me sleep too much & makes me lazy the next day. I still need to work on my fat intake, way too high! Might have had a bad day but I refuse to let it get me down, there's always tomorrow.
Another thing, if you've sent me a buddy request...I have no idea where to accept it at? I've looked it up in the help section but I do not see a ribbon to click? I just received a notification by mail but when I clicked on the link to accept it just takes me the main page. I have not received anything on my page directly.

Pretty lazy day today, after all it was mother's day. I didn't eat much today because I knew we were planning on taking our mother's out to eat, just didn't know where they would choose to eat. I need to learn when eating out at buffet to fill up on fresh vegetables and fruits, reduce the amount of fatty meats, and no more sugary desserts. This is a lifestyle change and I'm basically learning as I go. Still need to work & focus on more exercise, I need to get off my butt & get moving now that my knee and foot is healing. I need more motivation...more research on that.
