Had a big cheatmeal yesterday ( about 3000kcal ) gained some weight, most of it must be water retention, but we'll see how it goes.

Got up to 92 kilos, following a strict diet with only a cheatmeal during the week ( one of 49 meals i have weekly)
Current calories : 3500kcal / day
6 times/week Weight Training
2-3 times/ week cardio (30 minutes each session, 10% incline, 3mph speed)
