Starting my monday in the right direction. By my estimate, I lose 400g per week. Not bad.Actually more like really great.

Happy with that rate. Stay strong good people and always take it a day at a time.

tjo what a week. Fighting to keep 73kg as my new set point. Then back to aiming for 72 and under. stay strong good people, we all struggle but at least we can hold our heads high.

wow, i finally touched down on 72kg. will be maintaining the same routine for three weeks. small gains = big motivation.
