Started P90X today! I am slightly worried about the calories they say I should consume. I am following their diet plan, but i says I should be level 2 at 2400 calories a day. That is WAY more than my RDI from this site which is 1500. Has anyone had experince with this? I guess I will give it a shot and maybe stick to around 2000 or 1800. Wish me luck :)

I am so confused. I stayed well with in my calories, walked almost everyday, went hiking and drank plenty of water everyday and thought I was doing awesome! Turns out I gained 3lbs instead. WTF? I went from sitting on my butt all day eating junk to watching my food intake eating healthy and exercising and I gained weight? This is ridiculous! I thought it was science...burn more than you take in and you WILL lose weight, obviously not.

So, I noticed my sodium is super high! I never really paid attention to anything other than calories before, but I wonder if the sodium is having a negative effect? Ugh, just when I thought I was doing well, something else pops up to ruin it! So frustrating.

Ok, so I have been weighing myself pretty often and recording it, but I think I need to stick to once a week so I am going to start recording my weigh in's on Sundays. The up and down a pound all the time drives me nuts!
