Life has been really hectic lately. Dealing with work and family... We lost Grandma last month, that has been hard on all of my family... But I am going to get back into my diet. I want to change for the better and be healthy. Today I feel good and think that I can focus on this better now.

It is Spring; I feel it is time for a change. I want to get healthier & feel better about myself. I got married close to a year & half ago and I have let myself go a little. I let stress get to me and I reach for food. I am gonna start with slim fast for a while to see if it will help me. Then I will probably gradually try my own thing. I am going to incorporate more outside activities since it is warming up outside now. Wish me luck!
