Im ready to drop those last 5 lbs and maintain at 130. Im jumping back to phase 1 and going to drink alot more water + excercise.

so, I have not gained but I have not lost either. sooo.. I'm pretty happy with it all beings I cheated alot over the weekend. We had a birthday party for my son. I ate some of a delite pizza from papa murphys. Cake. Watermelon, which is one of the "no no" fruits, and some ice cream. Time to get back to where I belong.

whoo hoo! i bought an eliptical from a neighbor. maybe it will progress things faster. we will see!
