Lost weight and feeling better! Did great with careful planning on meals, increasing water and cutting out soda and sweet tea. Had a cheat day, Monday, ate a brownie 🤫 and splurged out for bday dinner with a friend. (2 buttered croissants, rice, mashed potatoes, painkiller drink 😵) but still managed to drop s couple of pounds. This week, goal to up the ante with exercise and do some strength training.

Breakfast on 3/2/19: (2) Krystal sunrisers, bacon and egg, no cheese, no bun. Could not find any nutritional information, other than 1 bun is 60 calories so estimated amount of calories total 220cal, 0 carbs. 1 bacon, egg sunriser no bun is 110 cal, 0 carb. (Diff between sausage and bacon on sandwich is 30 cal)

Still suffering from back injury that initially occurred Jan 2018, debilitating pain for a year and counting...spinal injections in summer 2018 and Feb 2019not helpful. Must start back eating properly and beginning exercise program, incorporating exercises taught in physical therapy from spring of 2018.
