This morning I’m trying to stay satisfied with small weight drops daily...patience is not a virtue of mine and I know it’s taken years to get to this weight but I always expect bigger drops...irregardless staying the course! Have a super days folks! 😀

Absolutely horrified at the weight I have allowed myself to get too...I’m 44 and feel 90...life has just seemed to get away from me the last 10 years and it’s time for a new start...my goal is to be under 200 lbs, which is a long ways away but I know with perseverance I will succeed!!
