I had car (tire) issues yesterday and I did not get home until 8pm. I just finished eating so I could not bend over to exercise. Yoga foiled. Life happens.
Plus, I slipped Wednesday night and rug burned the skin off my toes. PJ's and bed won out. I had more food at dinner than planned, but I was not super crazy either. It's a win/wash. :-)
This morning, I was getting out of my car at work, & the wind took the door. The door shut on all my toes on the left side. Which happens to be the the skinless side. Oh the pain. Oh the PAIN. I plan on working out tonight but I might cut myself some slack too. I shall see how I feel.

Yesterday was kind of a high calorie day since it was not a spike day. So, I planned 2 low calorie days before it and it all evens out. Great evening w the kids. We are planning a Salem day in Oct together. We are spending more time with her now then when she was a teen. Life is good.

Yesterday was a hodgepodge of exercise. I did 10 mins fit board at lunch. When I got home I read the bowflex instructions to try to remember how to use the thing. Then I did 6 mins bowflex rowing, 32 mins bowflex-ing badly, 13 mins attempt at jump roping. All in all, Iz proud of me.
This morning I got up early because we have dinner w our DD and her BF for his birthday. I knew I would not have time to exercise tonight so I knocked it out this morning. I did 32 mins on the treadmill.
Who am I and can I keep her?
My OMAD last night was tortellini with steak and broccoli. Dessert was strawberries and whipped cream.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Yesterday was my first day of going home from work with a plan to exercise and I did it! Tonight is Bowflex-ing night. I am still is a quandary about what to do.
I want 3 days of cardio, definitely. But should I do 2 days bowflex, and 1 yoga or 3 days bowflex. Plus, arms, chest, legs? Which to start? Lol.
Those are my deep questions.
Yesterday's OMAD was a steak burrito, and 1 taco. We were going to have some strawberries and a little whipped cream, but I was STUFFED. So, we skipped it. Maybe tonight.

Yesterday was my Spike day. We went to go see Godzilla, and we snuck in popcorn to share and Iced coffees. The movie was pretty good!
For my OMAD I had A&W root beer (med in one of their mugs), 4 pieces of fried dough and a 1/4 cup of white chowder broth, and 1 NY system hot weiner. Then we went to Newport Creamery for ice cream sundaes. It was a really fun day.
I did spend some time this weekend reflecting on Friday's post. So much so, that I forgot to do Sat's journal.
I used to always say my body can be at ideal minimal cals and I won't lose even if I am eating well, and on the flip side I can be eating what I want and exercising like mad and I do not lose either.
I really need the combination and tracking to have steady and decisive weight loss. My plan was to start adding in 6 days of 30 mins in about 2 weeks. I have worked up to 9 mins on my fit board and this week is 10 mins on lunch. But now my goal is to fit in 30 mins when I get home.
So today, 10 mins on lunch and 30 mins of cardio when I get home. Tomorrow will 10 mins on lunch and 30 mins of Bowflexing when I get home.
I plan to take my Spike day as a my rest day.
The big questions start: do I start with leg day or arm day? :-)
