temen2 fs semua mohon pencerahannya klo BMR saya d 1188 Dan TDEE saya d 1425 bagusnya saya mkn berapa Kalori ya?? klo d fs 1500 Kalori berarti keitung surplus hrs ngikutin yg mana y tmn2??

udh makan oatmeal sm buah trus nasi,ikan goreng ,bayam rebus ,rendang,malemnya mkn jagung sm sawi putih rebus tp knp msh sedikit az y kalori nya apa salah ngeklik atw gmn..klo kesedikitan gini caranya gmn yaa biar mknnya minimal d 1500??
