Studied most of the day today... very little physical exercise. Light gardening for less than an hour. Do you suppose hard mental exercise burns any calories? I wish!

NOTE ON TODAY'S CARBS: there are no provisions on fatsecret for carb-free mayo (using my Homemade Keto-Mayo), so I used the data for Hellmans Real Mayo, which should be about right: high fat, zero carbs.
NOTE ON TODAY'S EXERCISE ENTRY: For "yard-work" what I actually did was 30 mins of lawn-mowing behind the push-mower, and later about another 30 mins washing and drying Udo (very large Wolfhound). I counted dog-bathing as 15 mins yard work.

Taking gelatin at night on an empty stomach seems to have a good effect. Higher energy and alertness next morning, and lost a pound, too.
