Starting to see the slimming in my face a bit more! The 3 mile run in the mornings has been helping, I’d say! Also, I have been trying to fast 16/8 and I’m terrible at it! And practicing a mostly vegan diet! All this trying is making me hungry! 😂😂

Buddha bowl-I pre-cooked and roasted all the vegetables, so that we could make up dishes like this all week! Every cent we stopped eating meat and dairy so these type of meals are my new “go-to”! It was so good, homemade salsa Verde and corn tortillas

I decided about 3 months ago to stop eating mea & dairy (because I’m certain the gasses I give off after animal protein consumption could have me mistaken for a cow 🐄 )!! So I’ve been cooking more, to accommodate my new found vegan life style, and that’s going semi well, except...I made tzatziki (whole fat yogurt)and that sent my digestion way off track for the evening!! All of this totally too much information is really just to ask HOW THE HELL DO I GET MORE PROTEIN?? **soy is not an option, and meat/dairy it totally out!
