Whoop there it is! Whoop there it is!!!! What a fantastic journey this 12 week challenge has been and I would never have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes and in my clothing!!! I really like this plan - it allows you to slip off the wagon without punishing you and holding it against you forever and a day :-) You are not afraid to get back on the next meal - not the next day. All this was done while still enjoying the good life on the weekends and putting in a good effort at each training session. Yoga classes come to an end this weekend but I still can do an at home version to fill the void and I will be starting a 2 week session to pump it up and change my fitness vibe - and that's another thing - this is probably the fittest I have ever been for as long as I remember. In a good head space right now and contemplating on my next new challenge... Very big smile and so happy to achieve what I set out to do once I put my mind to it!!!

Currently starting another 12 week challenge. Seems to be my thing but this time it is for work. So a project which involves more sitting at a desk. My eating plan is still in play as well as my exercise regime I just have to make sure that I get out of my seat at work... good thing with drinking water is that I have to go to the toilet at least once an hour so it give that compulsory break. Happy as with the way my graph is trending. All the hard work is paying off and the eating changing I have made to my life style is easy to maintain. Loving shopping for clothes... well at least going into the stores and trying them on... mastering size 12 at the moment and have even dared to try on size 10. I am in a good head space right now... see how I am feeling at the next weigh in after 2-3 weeks on this project.

Good week of exercise and eating again - A lot of changes in clothing - everything being looser :-) hahaha that looks like loser... anyway moving on... so brought my first above knee skort on the weekend and haven't taken it off since - OMG it's beeing years since I wore a skirt that short... and I am feeling good!!! No wiehgt loss this time round but I am not expecting much with the last 3 kg of my goal. Just getting into upping my weight now and put a bit more work into definition.
I am on week 8 of my 12 week eating plan challenge - very easy plan or I have just got use to the eating style and loving it still so that's a bonus - will probably carry on eating this way once the challenge is over. The rest of the girls are looking good too, again not in the scales department but definitely in the clothes.
All in all I am feeling good and energetic!!!
