need some advice, I am currently having 1 meal a day wether it be lunch or tea, I then do between 30-60 mins on treadmill have shower then later prob around 8.30 have a snack like granola or chocolate crisp breads. then not eat until either lunch or tea so kinda fasting for approx 16+ hours. I have lost almost 3 stone doing this but over last month my weight has plateaued due to poor choices and health worries.my question is should/would I benefit from 3 separate meals day? my only worry is the cal carb fat intake as atm im under 1000 cals most days, under 100 carbs most days and fat is high. im worried that if I have 3 meals and going over these statistics I will not lose weight.
any insight would be greatly appreciated
