Slow going. Can be a bit demoralizing especially since I started walking and being more active in general. Have to look at the glass half full. Any loss is better than a gain.

Im not very good with navigating social media. Still trying to unravel all the bits of this program. just putting it out there that if I haven't responded to anyone it's because I'm still in learning mode. I'm managing to stay within my calorie count but haven't weighed in yet. Went to a birthday party and had a glass of wine and cake but avoided the appetizers which I figured were to hard to count, also too hard to stop eating. Had to have the cake though! It's great to pick and choose your calories in a situation like that.

still figuring out the program. not the food and tracking. I got that now. but these journal entries. I finally realized they weren't going anywhere. I used to do Whole Life Challenge. at least I did two of them. I was good at staying on the restricted diet but had trouble with portions. the first time I lost 10 pounds.the second time I stayed the same. I realize I need portion control. I really didn't want to go to Weight Watchers so I decided to try this. it really helps when you track amounts and calories! at least it does for.me. nice to feel in control.
