Well.. here I am fluctuating up and down the same 2 lbs all week.. but i'm still sure it will drop off by the end of the week. Thank you again to everyone who suddenly turned into a diff kind of support group when i was frustrated this week.. I am taking care of me now, while the guy is nice I dont need to be a therapist to someone I am trying to date and he has a lot of issues going on in his world. hope everyone is having a good week.. things around here are falling apart left and right but I'm still standing.

wooooo! I went back down again.. now if I can just keep it going again.
I feel much better today thank you for everyone who put in their comments yesterday and the inbox messages.

It's snowing again outside and i'm so over the snow, but it will be a good day.

ugh.. trying to start dating again after a while of trying to get over complete heart break and trying to not feel like a hideous thing (yippee for mental abuse) it's sooo hard.. i went on my first date in 8 mos yesterday.. disaster.. but my friends are all proud of me for even going.. but wow he has a lot of mental issues too and it ended up feeling like a therapy session and i was the therapist.. wow. lol!!! but i was bad.. I admit..it was just going so downhill that by the end of the night i felt I NEEDED a drink.. and i've been so good but i just NEEDED it.. and i had a few beers.. as you can see i'm up a lb.. and that sucks!! but i'll be fine. i will lose it and more.

worked my long 14 hr shift yesterday and i slept like crap.. Maybe 4 hours of sleep.. I will be slightly zombified today but will take a quick nap after work and before going out tonight.. yes I am going out and I will be a good girl.. no drinking a little of eating but just to have fun!!!
I am running on happiness right now. =)
