Pushing thru my friends. Craved a cigarette and peanut butter sunday but had wheat toast with peanut butter and honey.
Noticed jeans going on a bit easier and putting work boots on a bit easier. Even if it's just bloat and water I'll take it
Scale in 2 days.

Had a Transporation compliance audit today and had a bad pork and rice lunch. Got home and rain...no walk today but managed 30 min of Insanity. Asked wife to join but she's busy sleeping. Oh well. She did make me an nice salad with a can of albacore tuna ....hoping this is worth it. I know there won't be any instant gratification on this and it took a while to get here

Day 2 of Insanity still in pain from the evaluation but oh well ..it's my fault I got this weak and gained this much weight. I'm hoping to finish a workout. It is exhausting and painfull to jump around that much but dig deeper and plug thru. I took the dog for a 2.5 mile walk and felt great
I'll hit the scale sunday
