Up today I am hoping its from the salt I put on my corn on the cob last night. Generally I don't salt anything but that is one of the few things I enjoy with salt, I didn't even put a lot of butter on it. I am feeling super tired today and that is not helping with my food intake. I just want this day over so I can go home and lay down for a while, working sucks.

Bad weekend. I slipped and went into my old habits. I only logged 350 steps on my fit-bit on Saturday, I basically laid on couch and watched TV and read all day. My eating slipped too but I did stop that before it became too bad. Yesterday I went to store so I did hit 2,000 on fit-bit but consisting I have been getting between 8,000 and 10,000 during the week not the best. I am back on track today and am thankful I had the willpower to stop myself from eating myself into a couple of pounds and I now realize I have to plan weekend activities so I don't veg all weekend

Did good over the weekend. Got my walk in and watched what I ate. I need to still get more water back into my life but I am working on that. I didn't get my 10,000 steps in on my fit bit but I got more in then I thought I would so I just need to continue to take one day at a time.
