Finalmente voltando à medida de cintura que sempre tive. Falta ainda, mas aos poucos chego lá.
O que me ajudou de verdade foi simples: desencanar.
Parei de sentir culpa ao comer o que gosto e passei a me exercitar (ou tentar) diariamente. Feliz! 😆

Não faço ideia de como contar as calorias desse tipo de prato 😩 alguém aí sabe? É preciso ter uma balança de alimentos?. (Comi um peito de frango também).
