tomorrow is weigh day- I avoided doughnuts!! Gold star for me

Yay me- the mini goals seem to be working- already met this weeks goal and focusing on the next- maybe I can lower the goal weight for thanksgiving- I will re-evaluate in 3 weeks see where I am- so happy- bought some funky toning shoes to help with the rear end of the issue- at least it got me off the couch yesterday and walking so that is a start-

feeling great- looking at house in the mountains to move to in November- so excited but trying not to get my hopes to high. It has been such a hard time the past 5 years and to see things going well scares me a little. I am trying to focus in the bessings and find my happy place

okay let's see if I can focus- I want to start to drop some summer weight- hoping for 12 pounds by Thanksgiving. My biggest challenges are sweets at night- and eating with the family- these seem to lead to my down fall. I just need to do it- my hubby has gained a lot of weight since the start of the year as well so he will be helping me move around more. I think we are both ready to get out of our depression and on to "recovery".

I am just simply stuck- I know what I should do, but I don't- I know what I can do but I don't- guess I am gonna coast until I am really ready to committ to the movement- no one can motivate me but me... when it is time I will start moving the scale again
