I managed to get through this week!! Yikes, with a few Birthday celebrations and LOTS of food, but I am proud of myself!! I have journaled and written down absolutely EVERYTHING that went into my mouth! YAY!!! I know that journaling (for me anyways) is the secret to MY successful losses at the scale. In the past I have stopped journaling when I felt I 'went off my diet', and then could never really get back at it again. Consequence was weight gain :(
I am such an all or nothing kind of person. I am usually following the Weight Watchers food plan to the letter or I am totally NOT following it. This needs to change as life is not perfect...there will always be obstacles in my way, and I just need to learn how to manage and deal with them!!
Now I need to go and write my plans for lunch in my food tracker :)

Good day so far!
It feels soooo good to be in control again, after not following the program for awhile. Why can I not remember this feeling? I do NOT like the feeling of being stuffed, overfull and tired, no energy from overeating. When will I ever get this through my head?
