dlu diet pake fatsecret ini tahun 2018 krn berat badan naik drastis sampe 86 trus turn sampe 67,5 masyaallah.. eh tapi pas 2 thun kemudian krn KKN dan dah merasa kurus wkwkwk alhasil badan naik lagi perlahan2 dan gk nyadar udh 80an aja 😂 d tambah pandemi + kerja jd makan terus... skrg back on track again.. mlai lg hidup sehat bkn smta2 untuk kurus aja. tp pengen bisa lbh sehat krn jujur tskut bngt sm penyakit2 trtma diabetes dan penyakit degeneratif. suka bngt nnton oembahasan dsri ustadz dr zaidul akbar, pesannya kurangi atau ganti makanan yg berasal dr gula pasir, tepung, minyak goreng/sayur dan nasi putih. klo bisa d gnti dgn yg lain dan kurangi. perbnyak lapar jgn apa2 makan, krn kita hidup bkn hnya untuk makan. makanlah secukupnya. masyaallah, sangat betul si.. kadsng krn kbnyakan makan apa2 bawaannya malas, ibadan malas dll.. ya smg dgn merubah pila hidup kota smw bisa lbh sehat dan tentunya smkin rajib ibadahnya .. aminnn yaa rabbal alamiinn
