Weight is moving down now with the increased intensity and 2800kCal plan.
My road to 1000lb Club will be put on hold for now. Over this last week, I've been reminded of why I stopped going heavy. My joints are really starting to feel it and I'm reintroducing support sleeves to my post workout recovery.
Going to go back into the original program and build progressively.
My 2800kCal will remain the same for now.
Might go slightly lower to 2650kCal in 3 weeks time. Looking for that little bit more of lean muscle.

Another great workout. TUT, TUT, TUT. I have to mind myself with my strength endeavors, TUT is where I need to be to grow.
Still sticking to my 2800kCal. I had sushi last night as a cheat and still stayed within my kCal. Sushi isn't bad anyways. It was a nice treat. I really want to stay away from our family meals that consist of high bad fats and numerous ingredients that I can't even read. We'll probably steer towards these once a month but my performance the next day has been extremely hit or miss - moreso miss, so it will have to be limited until I am happier with my body composition. I like 2 steps forward and 1 step back, but where I can, I'd like to go 10 steps forward. This is where I can.
I want to not for myself: I was going through my data and videos, I saw that I was eating 3100kCal at my previous peak. Though I was much leaner. This was in 2021. I'm pretty sure I weighed in at 145lbs and I was on 3100kCal for quite a while without fat gain. Gonna need look into that further.

Today, I woke up, unmotivated. So, I did the workout unmotivated AND I got it done.
Now onto food 😀

Yesterday completely fried my CNS. I pushed myself pretty far on my deadlift for the first time since starting my fitness journey. Hit a Personal Record but oh man.... I felt the effects on my mental state later. I was mentally dead. Never felt that way before.
My calories have been super consistent hitting the 2800kCal, sometimes slightly less on rest/active recovery days. Starting yesterday, I am on week 6 of my routine and I'm really focusing on the Strength and Hypertrophy parts respectively. Pushing myself in both areas. I'm a little concerned that.my kCal won't keep up but we'll see how my body signals me the next 2 weeks.

It's been a busy week! 3am workouts and I took a rest day in between. Love that I found an ACTUAL 24 hour gym.
I'll be doing an active rest day tomorrow before I hit the second cycle of my goal to the 1000 pound club.
Food intake is going very well so far. I'm feeling my waist fat tissue thinning out. Still on my 2800kCal plan. Let's see what this week will bring!
