More free food at work.. so another fail night, I started off great just eating deviled eggs, pepperoni slices, some edemame, and cheese slices... I made it until 1 am then I caved and got a slice of cake and some chips. UGH. I'm still at 131 so thats good.. and worked out harder today. I decided I'm going to nix the lunge challenge for the rest of the month and I also could not remember which day I was on for the rest of the challenges so I just did day 17 of all of them.
Core Challenge
50 crunches (exercise ball)

15 push ups
1 min bridge
30 sec side plank each side
15 pushups
1 min plank
50 crunches (exercise ball)

50 crunches (floor)
Arm Challenge
10 Tricep dips

Ran 1 Miles on random hills - 12 min.

Well, well over ate tonight, we had a free steak dinner at work... who can resist that... not this poor kid! So i had 1000 more calories than a should have and my protein/fat/carbs percentage was off... ugh. BUT.. I lost a lb. My workout wasnt extremely strenous, I walked on the treadmill average 3.2 with random hills for 32 minutes (I forgot to look how far I went but it was over a mile and a half) then I did the elliptical for 8 minutes, then did alternating crunches on the exercise ball and tricep dips for about 15 minutes... and I lost another lb. As long as I go back to my healthy eating tomorrow I should be ok! I want so bad to get past my 130 nemisis and stay there!~

April 14th:
Got home from work around 0700, got changed and immediately went outside and bushhogged my horses pasture, then saddled up my oldest (3 yr old) pony and went for a 20 min ride. Untacked, messed with my younger two horses and went inside, changed laid down for a bit (maybe 30 min, but no actual sleep of course). Then my boyfriend nd I drove to White Oak Canyon and went for what we thought would be an easy hike with my dog.. well that hike turned into a 5.5 mile hike round trip, with what we learned all but 1.5 miles of that was considered an "advanced" trail.. very steep and rocky. I fell asleep on the drive home. Slept for a good18 hours, only waking up at 0300 to have my usual snack (thats when I eat my last meal at work normally).
Today:
Woke up, braved the torrental downpour to dry off my horses and put their blankets on then feed them, changed and ran to the dentist. NO CAVITIES!!! I attribute this mostly to my cutting out of most starbucks (and when I do I don't have as much sugar) AND the huge cut out of sodas (i used to drink 2 -3 a day if not more). YAY! This made me happy as I had a root canal and 5 fillings last year... yuck. So that made me happy, then went to my boyfriends parents house to drop off my dog (I work the next five days straight and I don't want her to hate me, so she's having sleepover week with her doggie friends and to be spoiled rotten), and took a quick nap on the couch. Then off to work!
I attempted drinking a Protein Pouch tonight, but it is horrid, the 15g of protein with no carbs/fat/sugar just isnt worth that nasty taste! I'll stick to my yummy protein bars with some carbs in them. Today is my first big push for high protein and low carbs... so far I'm doing pretty good. I'm aiming for around 40% carbs 30% fat 30% protein. I was starving this morning and had a few cheese sticks and that helps immensely! Now I'm at work wondering how I'll ever eat all the food I planned eating! I managed to choke down a core power chocolate protein shake, wasnt horrible, but not the best... I'd rather just eat lots of cheese.
I dropped about 1.5 lbs today... thats exciting, considering sunday I ate like a beast over 3,000 calories. phew.
