I did really bad yesterday. I ate taco bell really late at night because i had my dinner at like 3:30 .. :( so i definitely am cutting back on what I am eating for the next few days. I'm so used to eating what I want and when I want it that this is kind of a struggle for me but I am getting there :)

I have been on FatSecret for a few weeks now. I haven't been taking it seriously enough but today is the day that changes. I was always skinny growing up and within the last few years have really packed on the pounds. Its time to make a change :) I am finally feeling motivated
