식단 잘하고 마지막에 친구가 소떡소떡을 사와서 반 먹고 버렸네요ㅠㅠㅠ 오늘 하루 총 칼로리 1500정도 되는데 괜찮겠죠...? 운동을 심하게 하는 편이 아니라 걱정되네요 목표체중까지 빨리 도달하고 싶은 마음에..!
