Well today wasn’t too hard hitting the 2800. 5 more push ups and 10 sit ups after this. And no snacks since I’ve went so far over the goal for the day 🤦♀️

Coming out of my comfort zone. Throwing out the baggy sweats and embracing what will soon look better to me. Bought these this morning and actually am finding them way more comfy than the sweats! 😳🥰

7am I’m Starting breakfast off strong insane to think there’s 1700 calories in just this alone.I’m adding 5 push-ups and 10 sit ups to the after part of each meal. Then Small lunch snack and then a big dinner. I’m shooting for day2 of hitting that 2800

Got some kfc for dinner I figured it was loaded with calories lol I gotta lot to learn lmaoo. I still got 1168 to go for the day to hit this 2800 goal
