Back from vacation with my family
I definitely thought I gained weight bc I was forced to eat at least three meals with my parents every day (most of the time at a restaurant) and they monitored closely how much I actually consumed - gave me snacks when they felt like it was too little and more. It was a nice break from my usual habits but I’m kinda glad I’m home now and am able to control what I eat again. (+more home cooked meals are gonna be nice to have)

TW for disordered eating habits

Don’t read if you struggle with an ED/disordered eating

If I’d get to 55 kg i would have lost over 20 in half a year.
My weight always fluctuates a lot tho, i weighed around 76-78 kg when I was at my highest and I am currently at my lowest since 2019.
I’ve dealt with disordered eating on both ends of the spectrum (heavy binge eating in 2019, excessive training + lots of unhealthy food in 2020, very restrictive/anorexia in 2021) and lockdown didn’t really help sooo yeah currently trying to find a healthier way to deal with eating, advice is very welcome.

Still going down. Seemingly faster than before I told myself to try and hold my weight.
