Mushroom scrambbled egg

High in protein and low in kcal meal for weight loss i invented -
4 small mushrooms
Small onion
2 green chilli
6 cloves of garlic
2 small eggs
Saffola oodles (oat noodles without maida) (46g - 205kcal)
Take half a poon of oil and and throw all veggies and mushrooms all choped and cook untill mushrooms are cooked..
Pour 1 glass of water and crack 2 eggs and let it boil with lid for 3 4 5 mins.
After that if water is gone pour some more and throw oodles in it and mix it and heat it for 4 minutes.
Use whatever species you prefer and eat it hot..
Just a lil soupy tastes good..
Let me know if you come up with better version of this.
In total it will be around 400 kcal and best for dinner..
You can wash this off with black coffe..
This entire thing should help with metabolism at night.

After 1 month of controlling my cravvings of ice cream and pizza and hardcore 3 hour gym with no gap..i finnaly made my round arms, buffed.
Nothing is more worthy of hard work then watching yourself shapeshift and in the process i motivated peoole in gym

I made a diet which i can stick to for forever and it is all balanced and fulfilling.. Check it out -
Breakfast - black coffee and a egg or 2 eggs fried with no oil.
Lunch - 2 roti, 1 cup daal, any green or high protein vegetable cooked with very little oil or no oil at all, salad.
Dinner - oat meal or 2 roti with daal and may be half a cup of cooked vegetable or nothing.
No snaking in between these three / intermittent fasting and 6 litters of water.
