ok so this week has gone very well! I have stuck to the diet mostely under 1200 colories eexcept for on the weekends and that is about 1500 and only because I am at home and able to make a breakfast versus having a shake. I have been able to keep it under 20 grams of carbs. I did have alchol on saturday night (my birthday) those calories I did not count. hopefully it will not have that great of an inpact. I started walking yesterday (the 27th of may) I walked for 30 minutes I plan to do atleast that everyday trying to start out easy dont want to get my ankle starting to hurt. Once I am under 300# I willn start to increase my time! I have also been one week without red meat for this reason it has been extremely easy to keep the calories down...so no beef and no pork. Not really missing it except hot dogs and hamburgers cause they are quick and of course bacon. Burgers and dogs are just quick and easy and that is why I miss them!

Ok so yesterday I think I may have hit rock bottem! I know I am over #350 but I won't know till I weigh in on Thusrday! I did absolutly nothing all day except go from the couch to the kitchen, and I did take a nap in bed twice! I like the atkins diet and feel great when I keep it to about 1200 claories and under 20g of carbs a day! Yesterday however I ate a whopping 6476 cal 523 carbs and consumed 379 grams of fat! It is now Monday morning and I feel like crap my body aches, I have a head ache and I have a pretty bad case of indigestion and the only pair of work pants that I have that fit....don't! I turn 50 on Friday and at this rate I don't think I will make it to 51 and most definitly to 52. At this point I am not really living life I go to work and I come right back home I rarely leave the house, because I do not like the way I look and I tire very easily and the only cloths I have that kinda fit are a pair 4x baket ball shorts and a couple of 4x polos that I have worn the hell out of! So today is the day...no more excuses. My goals to lose about 150 pounds (almost half my body weight)I will do ths by eating atleast 1200 cal a day but not more than 1500 and to start keeping my carbs below 20! I will walk everyday...no escuses and I will do nso for atleast 30 minutes and work my way up to walking atleast 5 miles a day. This is a new day and for all intensive purposes a new life!
