well well well... I haven't been serious lately. It's like I gave up completely. I lost track of what I'm eating. I just eat whatever I find in my kitchen until my stomach hurts. This is not healthy. My health is going to suffer from all this.
Anyhow, tomorrow I will do my best to be more healthy... (i realize I say that every few days... I am so ashamed of having so little motivation...)
