hey everybody i did zumba last night and tonigth i am taking a hip hop class at the gym...i actually did juicing today and i made a peach and strawberry juice and OMGGG talking about sooo good if it didn't take sometime i would make my own juice at home...i just want yall to know that this is very hard for me but i know we can do this...and just find something you like if you can't finish it it's ok...have a GREAT thursday

hey everybody your girl Jasmine is back today i started back up my SLim in 6 and i will be going to the gym at night...i have a 6 week challenge the sad thing is i never finishe what i start but today i made my self promise i will finish what i start and i will not be the one to give up..still on my fast and yesterday was a little tempting i had a very bad headache but i slept it off....i thought i would be a little weak but i am not i know this week is going to be a little hard...but i will have to ppush for it after this week the headaches should lighten up a bit.

hey everybody....this monday i will weigh and we will start our 30 day fasting diet...i really hope people will join me on this...i know it like really FASTING but if you think about it this is a GREAT detox...i know we can drop atleast 30 pounds a piece...i am excited for monday...still work out and do good but just not eating food..this can be with Juicing or with meal replacement shakes or just water..or switch it up. the first week will be the hardest..this is my first time doing it and everytime i ALWAYS failed but if we have each other we can do it..i have 40 something pounds to shed off and i know we can do it..tonight when i get off i am going to the gym and tomorrow morning i am going to the gym..and sunday i will do my work out video at home and then monday work out video in the morning and gym at night....the first week i will blog everything not skipping a day so you can see my struggle..COME ON...WE CAN DO IT.. JOIN THE CHALLENGE
