Day 5 here!
Two more days till week 2 phase and I get to step on the scale. YUK! Still feel kinda bloated myself. Last nite roasted some vegetables YUM! Making chili for tonite with soy crumbles from Boca with tomatoes and spices and beans you don't even know its not chopped meat. It's hard today because we like to watch football and nothing screams chips or pickings like a game to me. I am going to make more muffins. Will miss the bread tonite with the chili though!
How our life revolves around food so much I'll never understand. Wish me luck!!!!!!

Good morning its day 5 for me. Made it through day 4. Had a cup of tea and an oatmeal muffin while my husband ate an Entenmans cheese filled crumb cake! Getting a little bored need to mix it up a bit. Love the smoothies but they only last about 3 hours guess thats how its supposed to be. Thinking shrimp stir fry for supper tonite with lots of veggies and some brown rice. It helps me to know what I'm going to eat instead of deciding at the last minute. Also thought about adding a little pumpkin to the oatmeal muffin mix along with a little pumpkin pie spice. May wait till week 2 for that. Anyways much success to all of you and may we make it through another day smashing fat! Off to the beach for our walk soon love that part of the diet! Really don't feel like I'm losing still kinda bloated!

Day 4 is not going so well. It's afternoon and I'm really hungry with 2 hours to go till supper. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a smoothie for breakfast and a veggie burger on salad for lunch. Just had a muffin and I"m making a cup of tea now.... Why am I so hungry????? I seem to be eating enough. Turkey and brown rice (1/2 cup) and vegetable for supper. Oh yah found out from the magazine that the diet I'm following is called Ultra Fat Smash

Good Morning everyone!
Today is the start of day 3 for me. Last night I found it a little difficult. Didn't really feel good. This morning I feel better! I'm trying to be creative with my cooking so I don't get bored. Will be going for our hour long beach walk this morning since it stopped raining and the temp is in the high 60's (wow cold front)! at least for today. I think the oatmeal muffins saved me yesterday. Thanks Christeen! Is anyone eating any fish and if so how are you cooking it? I'm not a big fan but do like scallops, shrimp and sole as well as tilapia. Will check back in later. You guys are keeping me on track, I know I couldn't do it without all of you. Thanks again! Was tempted to get on the scale this morning but resisted. Trying to wait for 1 week!

Day 2 so far so good. Woke up witha headache this morning. Hope it goes away after breakfast! Is there an oatmeal muffin you can make? Would love the recipe!
