Starting a nutritional weight loss program: it's called Isagenix -- I just started today and I can't wait to see the results. Many of my ill friends have used this and seen results in weeks!

Went to the Gym today -- only workout for a half and hour but I'm really proud of even getting myself to the gym. I am feeling super good about myself. Going to go home and make myself a Kale smoothie! Can't wait to workout with my best friend tomorrow!

Starting a new year off right -- joined a gym for the first time! I workout for an hour today with my best friend. We are going to be going 2 more times this week! I'm also starting a rewards program with my parents -- eating healthy, exercise, and drinking lots of fluids will earn me rewards 💪🏼
