well hello everyone. i've not been on for a week or two, was'nt well then had a few personal problems so as you can see by my chart i've put on a few pounds. not surprising cos i've eaten so badly but i'm in a dont care frame of mind. my goal weight for next week is out of the window. so monday i will start back on phase 1 detox again and give my self a kick start. hope your all doing ok and have a great week end x

i dont know whats happened to me!!!! think its a combination of the weather(freezing cold ) my daughter being away from home with the school all week and over doing the exercise but i've not had a good 2 days. felt really fed up and was so hungry not going to say what i ate cos it depress's me, but it was'nt good plus the 3 glasses of wine i drank didnt help either. i've done so well over the past few weeks and now i just feel like i've ruined it. got the children off school on half term all next week so thats gonna be challening too. talk about being near my target i feel a mile away from it now.

thanks to all my buddies for the great comments your all so helpful, well i'm affraid yesterday was a bad day !!! started off ok am but needed to go shopping and it was so cold here and snowing too. so what did i do snacked on silly things instead of eating fruit and stuff then went without my dinner cos i felt guilty, so by the time i went shopping in the evening i was starving and eneded up having toast with butter and jam on !!!!!!!!!!! i feel so bloated dont think i'm ever gonna eat bread again. any way todays a new day got all my good food in so get back on track today. hope your all doing well x

think i've over done it with the workout yesterday :( i'm aching all over. i got carried away, done my usual aerobics and felt great so decided to fit in some legs then after school took my youngest daughter swimming and done a load of swimming to!!!!! might not sound much but after not doing much exercise for the last 7 years you can imagine, i'm walking like the tin man from the wizard of oz lol whilst getting out of bed this morning going oooh ahhh my hubby said I THINK YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE WORK OUT TODAY BABE !!! what a good idea
