Cheated a little today peanut chew and a peppermint patty. 20 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the rowing machine. Sweaty and tired!

Day 3 on the echo bike did 33 minutes with the last 3 being a cool down. Did 10.37 miles in 30 minutes. The bike says I burned 315 calories.
Benched and was feeling strong despite the vigorous bike ride...
