I have not been eating vey well, but not horribly either. I will start tracking as of tomorrow am.
Tomorrow am I want to eat..
Half a grapefruit
Three egg whites
A piece of dry rye toast
Orange Juice
Tea or coffee with skim milk
Tomorrow for lunch I want to eat..
Tuna Salad and lettuce
Two peices of dry rye toast
Fruit
Water
Tomorrwo for dinner I want to eat...
whatever my husband cooks
Salad
Tea
I will figure out the calories after I stick to this diet! Wish me luck!

Trying but stress can get in the way, may try going back on the Dean Ornish type diet, We've been running around doing so much lately that there seems to be little time to plan healthy meals, buy healthy fiod and cook, I will try harder to make time to take care of my physical self and my family!

I desperately want to get back to keeping a food diary and exercising at least 30 minutes per day. 2012 will b the year I get down to 125 and stay there for the rest of my life...I hope so, anyway!! Good md appt yesterday...bp is normal without meds!! 120/70 Whoopee!!! weight was up, but only by a little bit!
