So today is Saturday once again. I ran Thursday night... a mile... about 40 minutes and felt good after all that... Then Friday didn't do much. Cleaned house...ate veggie pizza...and thats about it. Had cookies again...that is my weakness. I have decided to start hard core today so that I am around more people...its more motivation. I plan on playing alot with the kids outside today so there's some exercise and if i can run again tonight. I know running and low carb will help as 5 years ago i did this exact same thing and was down to 130 and loved the way i look so here we go.... 40-45 pounds to go!!! My goal is by Christmas! I have 3 months... i know i can do it by then... just need some support is all.

Okay so this is a new start for me. I have let myself go..again... not sure why. Ended up going to florida not exactly happy with the way i looked, but had fun anyways. Today i was picking my babies up from daycare and someone asked me if i was pregnant... i felt so humiliated so starting tonight i am watching what all i eat. I have ordered a veggie pizza tonight so not exactly atkins but i am starting that 100% tomorrow and go to go run after i drop the babies off at school. I am around 170 now and want to lost around 40-50 pounds... not going exactly for the weight but for the look that i want. I don't want to be super skinny, just look very healthy and fit for a mom with 3 kids. So i guess i still need to record what i ate today...uggh.. here it goes... breakfast i had 3 eggs with 2 peices of toast, one with jelly and some orange juice, and at lunch i had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and about 6 cookies with milk... eewww that looks so bad...will be doing MUCH better tomorrow! YAY.. here's to a new me!

Today I ate:
Breakfast:
1 sunriser sandwich from Krystals w/ diet coke
Lunch:
1 smart one's...picked out only the meat and peas
Dinner:
1/3 peice of steak, veggies w/ 1/3 cup rice, 1 sweet potato w/a diet dr. pepper
Others/Snacks:
1 apple w/ caramel dip, 2 eggo's w/ syrup, milk
I did not run today, my allergies were killing me. I will run tomorrow morning after taking the kids to school to get it out of the way and do some toning exercises after that. I feel super bloated after eating the veggies today. Knowing that they are good for you, but its so hard to eat knowing after i will feel awful. Will do lots better tomorrow!
