Aku Surplus Calorie tp intoleransi nasi, ada yg sama? abis sarapan ngemil, kalo masih kurang aku minum ini juga, biasanya aku tambah creatine sama kakao bubuk tanpa gula. kalo kerjaan beres lanjut WO ringan/pake beban 1-2 kg, bulan lalu 48 skrg 50 kg

Tetep minum jamu biar lg program gemukin pun. Pengen liatin ke orang-orang yg suka usil “ngapain minum jamu udah kurus”. Mau diet defisit calorie atau surplus calorie, makan minuman sehat jaga pola makan tetap pilihan utama drpd makanan minuman proses.
