Well I made my goal of 179 lbs. I haven’t seen this weight since before I was married. My pulse resting has dropped to low 50s and high 40s. I feel so much better and it seems that my body’s insulin is much more regulated in that the highs and lows are significantly less. I am so excited to have reached this goal. I also feel like this has become a true habit. I will make it a goal to lose a little more weight but not too much. My main goal now is to keep eating healthy. It has taken me a lifetime to learn this and a total of 67 lbs from 6 years ago. I plan on making it 70 lbs lost at least. I do owe this app and you all’s encouragement to making it to this point. Thank you so much for your example and commitment to excellence. I will continue to use this app to monitor moving forward and want to wish you all success in your lifetime goals. Thank you!
