feeling better tonight. have been staying within my calorie count for the last 3 days. and got a mile of steps in throughout the day for the last 2 days. Not much, but it's a start. slow but steady wins the race. going to stay off the scale because in the past, that led to my downfall. I think I can, I think I can. 🙏😊

so this is going to be a long one. I know I can always count on you all for some support. I'm so depressed. Don't even want to go out in public anymore because I'm so ashamed of what I've become. I know I have overcome so many terrible things, losing my dad etc, but this weight thing is just really taking it's toll. I have hypothyroid, sleep apnea, insomnia, chronic neck pain. (neck surgery in 2019). I've been on this yoyo. was on the right track in 2021 than just started gaining weight again and it just keeps going up and up. if you can please pray for me. its hard to work out when you're in constant pain. But I'm determined I'm not going to give up. I just wish I could see some light at the end of the tunnel. Today I counted all my food. so that's a start. Yay. thanks for listening.
