OK, so I had my weigh in this morning and I am only down .4 lbs. At least it is going in the right direction. It was a little hard on Valentines Day and the days that followed. I was measured and that was when I realized that I have lost 7 1/2 inches total since January 1, 2008. So get measured at your next weigh in and compare it to the last weigh in. If you haven't been measured yet then have your consultant measure you next appointment and then again in about 1 1/2 to 2 months later. Sure was refreshing to me.

Working the weekend, it is 1:35pm and so far I have 4967 steps on my pedometer. I walked up the 5 floors of stairs once today and then did a good stretch once I was at the top. For lunch I had a salad and then Jenny's Cheese Curls with Chili con Carne on top. Kind of like having "chili cheese fries!" It is my first day at Fatsecret, it seems like a pretty cool site. I will have to put a picture up.
