I finished week two of my 8-week challenge. I did not lose as much weight as I wanted to. However, I feel more energetic during week two and have noticed fewer cravings. Drinking more water is no longer difficult for me.

It hasn't been easy. I had a tough week with my unhealthy habits and a lot of cravings, but I remained focused on my goal.
The hard work has paid off, but I still have another 7 weeks to go in my challenge.

I started my 8-week challenge today and completed my first training session in two years. Also, I've begun replacing sodas with water.
