it's only a pound but I'll take it.
I'm still dog walking etc but I'm ordering more than I thought I would house sitting..I try to just make simple things ..but simple things are not the healthiest.

That is also an excuse, its summer and I could definitely meal prep salads and throw chicken on the bbq ...
anyhoo..feel a bit disappointed in myself for not achieving what I thought I would at this point.

i am home tomorrow for 2 weeks then out pet/house sitting till Sept 1 straight..

Am I being hard on myself or maybe this is just another platue that I'm in and have to get over it too...

thanks for reading and listening to me vent/rant.

it's been forever since my last weigh in. I know I've fluctuated but I got on the scale today... 197. Summer =busy bee. lol. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks. Feeling positive.
Even just walking around the block is a start.

Getting there. Finally in over 2 years my weight starts with a 1..🙂

Still the same. I haven't seen a 1 in front of my weight for two years. I'll get there, slowly 🐌. lol. I did order a pizza on Monday and that was my meal for two days.
