Well the scales have shown me at 161 two days in row so they mustn't be messing with me ... so time to post even though I usually only weigh in once a week.

Alright been stuck for some time. Weighins are the same on Mondays, they do flactuate during the week mainly up but Mondays have been at 163. So every Monday it seems like I'm starting over again.
