I'm getting closer to my January 8th goal of 160 lbs goal. I haven't weighed that little in many years. I slept in this morning and felt rotten for doing so..lol I'm use to getting up at 5:15 on weekdays and like to get up early on my weekends to just enjoy the day, but not today. I'm sitting here drinking my second cup of creamy sweet coffee.
I was invited to a political New Years eve party tonight. It's within walking distance of my home. I might go, haven't made up my mind yet. I'm going to make a seafood soup for the holiday weekend. It's full of seafood, fat, cream, and flavory goodness.
I miss my son. He lives about 3.5 hours away. I was with him for the Cmas holiday and we had a wonderful time. I still miss him. Cold weather and the gloomy days are just not a good mix for me. Love sunny warm days. Hoping 2017 will be a great year as I'm sure we all do.

I have been feeling a little sluggish. I don't eat any fruits. I went to the grocery today and bought rasberries, blueberries and strawberries. I put a bowl of 2 ounces of each and topped them with a bit of xyletol and dreamwhip. It was heaven in a bowl. I think I will trim it down to 1 ounce each next time and do a smoothy.
My job is keeping me stressed and I do not deal well with it. I internalize it and I know that is not good. Now that the weather is so cold I should come home and let loose in the house and clean,but I sit in front of the computer. I have about 30 lbs to go to my goal. I'm hoping to get there by summer. Feeling good is important to me. I need to get out of this house and do more with friends. I'm a little crafty and need to pick up some of my unfinished crafts. Keep my mind off my job.

I had a very good Christmas with my son. He is very supportive of my WOE. We ate HFLC for dinner. Steaks, mushrooms in butter sauce a nice big salad. It was wonderful. This whole holiday season has been good for me. I stayed away from all sweets and only ate when hungry.
I added my food for the day. I put my chicken broth and it added too many carbs. My broth has no carbs. I am below 20 carbs for the day. That is always my goal to be under 20 carbs a day.

I weighed in this morning and weighed the same. I'm ok with that. I haven't weighed this light in so many years. My clothes are so loose. I hate to clothes shop. I should want to go and shop, but I feel so unnatural going shopping. I was always going before and shopping for what ever fit. Now I am not sure what size I wear and feel funny picking up such small clothes. Does that make since? I think someone is going to come up to me and say you can't wear that, you are too big! I have some time off after tomorrow and I am going to have to find some clothes for work or wear summer clothes when the snow flies. People at work keep telling me my pants are going to fall off of me soon. I still have more weight to go before my goal but I am happy with my weight loss right now.

This is my first day/night and I will put more later. I hope I can stick with writing my feeling about hunger and only eating when I am hungry and not just eating because I feel like it. We'll see how this goes.
