So, I had a really weird dream last night where another version of myself showed up on my sofa. She seemed soooo relaxed and chill while I was all wired up and anxious about my body. She looked at me and said "Hey, try not being so hard on yourself. Don't be dumb. Just because you haven't gotten any skinnier in a while doesn't mean you haven't gotten any stronger." And then my alarm rang and it was time for me to do my pilates class. That's far from my normal state of mind. Maybe my dream self is right? I guess my focus this week will just be on getting stronger?

I decided to do YouTube pilates classes for an hour a day. Yesterday I made it through 20 minutes of the video. Today I made it through 35 minutes of the same video. Pilates is hard! I hope I can make it through the full hour video by sunday. That would really make my whole week.

I know it's just a few ounces, but it's nice to watch the scale go down a bit. Water weight is always the first to go. Starting one-hour pilates workouts on YouTube today. Hoping this will produce some results.

I just started on this app. Here's to hoping that I can stick with this one. I was on MFP for about 4 years and now I feel like switching it up with a new app. Anyway, hi! Working to get down to 130 be the end of this summer.
