Lost a pound. Not bad considering my choices lately. Not the best. I’m like a yo yo. That’s ok. I’m giving myself leeway to be a human.

I deserve the weight gain. I’m ok with it because this is a journey. I will have ups and downs and there’s life to live. Birthday parties and anniversaries and such. My anniversary is next week and I know my hubby is going to want us to eat freely. Maybe I can just have a bite or two of the treat and eat healthy most of the time. That way I feel better. I have a hard time when I eat too much. If I choose wisely and savor what I have then I do better.

Had a couple days of cheating. Birthday party and a whole day with my hubby relaxing with junk food. Time to get back on it. I admit every bite was heaven but not worth the weight gain and how bad I feel. I don’t really feel bad today but… I know I can do better.
