Okay... so last night was NOT my finest hour/s. The only thing I can say is: SHIT HAPPENS🖕🏼🙂
You live, you learn. Making mistakes is proof that you’re trying. If you aren’t recognizing things as mistakes.. then you don’t realize what’s right. Honestly, after so many falls, you actually realize how tired you are of pigging out & feeling bad about it (besides emotionally, I mean physical) that you actually don’t feel like doing it again to you’re body. You feel so sluggish.. blah 🤮!!!
So today is a fasting day for me, to cleanse all this damn sugar 🍬& sodium out.. because honestly, this morning I feel like I got a hangover from a low & hard crash after the high of sugar.
I’m not even gonna weigh myself because I know that the weight would be water weight 💦 from my body’s reaction to the toxin overdose. I’ll fast today and reap my actual weight tomorrow.
